What is your cancellation policy?

All bookings require the first night accommodation as a deposit. This is fully refundable if you cancel up to 7 days before arrival. Full payment is due 7 days before your stay.

Is there parking available?

Both Penthouses offer free undercover parking with additional parking available on the street. Sunset Sails has undercover parking for 1 vehicle with Redvue offering undercover parking for up to 2 vehicles.

Is there a spa?

Both Penthouses have an outdoor spa. Sunset Sails also has a spa in the ensuite.

Is there a pool?

Redvue Holiday Apartments has a pool and gym that is available for use from 7am to 9pm.

How do I check in?

Check-in is at Redvue Holiday Apartments. Reception is open from 9am to 5pm on Monday to Friday and 9am to 12pm on weekends and public holidays. After hours check-in is available if required.

What is your policy on parties?

For the comfort and enjoyment of all of our guests and residents, we have a strict no party policy with noise restrictions in-place from 10pm to 6am. Guests who do not comply with our policies may be asked to leave the premises. No refunds will be offered.
